Royal AV Solutions was founded in Seattle in 2017 with a single conviction: that the Pacific Northwest deserved a full-service event production partner, not just an equipment rental company. From the first event, the goal was to be the team that shows up prepared, stays until the end, and treats every event like it matters. Because to our clients, it does.
What started as a sound and DJ production operation quickly expanded to meet the demands of Seattle's diverse event market. As clients asked for lighting, then LED video walls, then special effects, then hybrid live streaming, Royal AV grew its inventory, its team, and its technical capabilities to meet every request under one roof. The model was always the same: one partner, one contract, one team responsible for everything.
In 2024 Royal AV Solutions was officially rebranded and re-positioned; a deliberate evolution from a production services provider to a full-service luxury event production company. The rebrand reflected what the company had become: a team capable of producing 1500-guest South Asian wedding celebrations, 500-person corporate all-hands meetings, and everything in between, with the same standard of excellence across every event type.
Today Royal AV operates across Washington state, Oregon, and Idaho producing weddings at Seattle's premier hotel venues, corporate events in Bellevue conference centers, and multicultural celebrations that require the kind of technical and cultural fluency that only comes from years of deep community engagement in the Pacific Northwest.

Royal AV Solutions was founded by Gurinder Singh, a Seattle-based event production professional with nearly a decade of experience navigating the technical and logistical demands of the Pacific Northwest event market. Gurinder built Royal AV on the belief that great production isn't about the gear; it's about the relationship between a production team and the people trusting them with the most important moments of their lives or their organization's year.
That philosophy shapes how Royal AV operates at every level. Gurinder personally oversees the production approach for every event the company takes on, from the pre-production 3D visualization process to the day-of technical execution. When you book Royal AV, you're working with a team that has a direct line to its founder, not an anonymous dispatch center.
Having produced events across the full Pacific Northwest market from intimate 50-person wedding ceremonies to 1200-person corporate productions, from luxury Seattle hotel ballrooms to outdoor estate events in Woodinville wine country; Gurinder has developed a practical fluency in the specific venue requirements, acoustic environments, and logistical constraints of every major market in the region.
